UC Open Enrollment for 2025

Open Enrollment is your opportunity to review your current medical plan and decide if it will continue to meet your needs for the upcoming year. Thinking about your future needs is especially important this year, as there will be changes beginning Jan. 1, 2025. 

Here’s how you can prepare for Open Enrollment:

Before Open Enrollment begins, you’ll receive more information about the 2025 plan changes by email (from Health Net on behalf of UC) and home mailings. Detailed information will also be available on UCnet. Be sure to carefully review these communications.
