Meet Your New Health Net Member Portal

Access the new Health Net member portal for access to your pharmacy, benefit summary, and plan information.

Health Net has improved your online experience with easier navigation and personalized features, but you must re-register to access them.

Here's how:

1. Go to the member login page and create a username (a valid email address) and password.
2. Have ready your member number that appears on your Health Net ID card.
3. Ask all your household members (age 13 and older) to re-register for access to their personalized information.

Through the new member portal, you can continue to access your pharmacy, benefit summary, and plan information. You can still download and print your ID card, change your primary doctor, and find information about your health and wellness programs. And the new and improved portal functionality is designed to provide a great experience on any device.
