Health Plan Update
Health Net currently administers UC Blue & Gold HMO. While Health Net has announced changes to its California commercial health plan business, UC Blue & Gold HMO will continue through the 2027 plan year.
You do not need to take any action at this time. UC Blue & Gold HMO will remain a plan option for 2027, and Health Net will remain the plan administrator through 2027. Your current access to care remains unchanged, and you should continue using your plan as usual.

- Donor and surrogacy services are covered, including donor eggs, sperm, and embryos, medically necessary testing of the surrogate or donor and embryo transfer procedures on surrogate. The surrogate's prenatal care and maternity/delivery are not covered
