Supporting Your Path to Parenthood  

The journey to parenthood is not always easy. If you or your partner is struggling to conceive, infertility benefits are available to support you. 

For UC Blue & Gold HMO members, the plan may cover up to 50% of the costs* for: 

• Infertility drugs as part of a covered treatment plan
• Artificial insemination
• IVF (in vitro fertilization), GIFT (gamete intrafallopian transfer), and ZIFT (zygote intrafallopian transfer), up to a combined limit of two treatment cycles per lifetime, per member
