Eating better begins with Eat Right Now®
It’s difficult to change our eating habits. But many people are finding lasting success through programs like Eat Right Now.
Eat Right Now is available at no cost to UC Blue & Gold HMO1 members.
Why Eat Right Now?
Eat Right Now is an app-based program that combines research in behavior change and mindfulness to help people reduce craving-related eating and help foster lasting, positive eating habits. There are three program tracks (Mindful Eating, Weight Loss, and Diabetes Prevention Program), and each track helps rewire your brain to reduce cravings and develop better eating habits.
In a clinical study, Eat Right Now was shown to reduce craving-related eating by up to 40%.2 And in 2023, members in the Weight Loss and Diabetes Prevention Program tracks reported 4.4% to 4.6% average weight loss.3 Between these two program tracks, more than half of the members have been shown to have lost weight or maintained their weight.3
How the program works
After signing up for Eat Right Now, you’ll take a brief assessment to determine which program track best supports you and your health goals.
