A doula can assist you in understanding your medical plan benefits, developing a personalized birth plan, offering lactation support, and connecting you to community-based resources.

Program services include:

  • One initial visit, plus up to eight additional prenatal and/or postpartum visits.
  • Support during labor and delivery, including miscarriages and terminations.
  • Up to two extended three-hour postpartum visits after the end of a pregnancy.

All services can be provided in person, virtually or in combination of the two.
